| COMPLETED HYDRAULICS PROJECTS: |

Walter J Pratt Pty Ltd were responsible for providing hydraulic services for Melbourne's newest landmark Federation Square. WJP staff installed hot and cold water, sanitary fixtures, waste and vent, stormwater, fire services and trade waste for the entire project. We performed this task whilst coordinating with existing operational train line services. The sites unique angular geometry created a challenge for traditional pipeline design and installation. |

The Melbourne Magistrates Court and Custodial Facility Complex
is located central to the legal and judicial precinct of Melbourne.
The complex provides facilities for 30 courts, 2 hearing rooms,
41 magistrates' chambers, as well as accommodation for up to 80
persons in custody. WJP were responsible for the installation of
hydraulic services to the complex including hot and cold water, sanitary
fixtures, waste and vent, fire services and a syphonic stormwater system.
The project was handed over seven months ahead of schedule. |

The Commonwealth Law Courts building consolidates the federal jurisdictions of the High Court, the Federal Court and the Family Court. The building was completed in 1998 receiving multiple design awards. Melbourne Park is situated within the Melbourne Sports Precinct
between the MCG and Olympic Park. Located in Melbourne Park
is Rod Laver Arena, Vodafone Arena, 3 show courts, indoor
tennis complex with 5 courts, and 20 outdoor tennis courts with
lighting, as well as a 1800 square metre function centre, and other
function facilities. WJP were engaged to provide hot and cold water, sanitary fixtures, waste and vent, stormwater, fire services and trade waste for the entire project. |

The Colac Abattoir made the decision to increase its production by $50 Million per year in the year 2000. To facilitate this increase the abattoir was required to upgrade the plants existing processing facilities an initiative that provided a further 50 full-time jobs. WJP were responsible for installing stainless steel pipework for all hydraulic services and compressed air for the new mechanical plant and cryovac machines. WJP provided trade waste facilities for blood and offal separation. |
